Photo Pass

All professional photographers must purchase a photography license in order to secure their scheduled space for photography at Avalon. This is a pass for commercial photographers with paying clients. 

Note: For guests of Avalon who want to take photos of themselves for personal use, a personal photo license is included in your farm access pass.  

Bookings for this year will take place between late May and early August . Thursday-Sunday, 5PM onwards.  

Important:

- This pass covers two adult subjects, and one photographer. Children ten and under are free; for additional adult subjects, farm access passes should be included.

- License purchase is valid for a single booking (ie: one person/brand/family being photographed). If you are photographing multiple families (i.e. "mini sessions") during your scheduled time, please purchase one license for each individual booking.

- All photo bookings are listed as 5PM; you may arrive as early as you want and shoot up until 9PM on your booked day. 

- There may be other on-farm activities and photo shoots taking place simultaneously during your booked time. With 55 acres and a variety of natural backdrops it should be easy to navigate a variety of set spaces with your clients. If you are booking with a specific backdrop/set/props in mind, please be sure to discuss this with us well in advance of your booked time.

- High bloom for our lavender fields is mid-June to mid-August. The farm is still beautiful outside of this window. 

- Tag your socially posted photos with @AvalonLavender to be featured on our Instagram.

- No refunds are available for cancellations but we try to be very flexible about rescheduling.
